Deposits & Cancellations Policy
+Who this applies to: Private Classes, Birthday Parties, and Performances.
Deposit (non-refundable): A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Your spot is not held until the deposit is received. The deposit is applied to your total balance.
Balance due: Pay the remaining balance at the start of the session/event (or 24 hours prior if paying online).
Cancellation policy: You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start without any additional charges. (The deposit remains non-refundable.) Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time or no-shows are billed in full.
Rescheduling: With 24+ hours’ notice, you may reschedule once at no extra cost; your deposit rolls over (subject to availability within 60 days). Less than 24 hours’ notice is treated as a cancellation (see above).
Headcount changes (for parties): Please confirm final headcount 48 hours prior so we can staff appropriately and adjust pricing if needed.
