By choosing “Yes” below, you agree to the following:

You hereby grant permission to Knox K-Pop, its agents, representatives, and employees, to take photographs and/or video recordings of you, or in which you may be included with others, during the K-Pop Dance Class.

You authorize Knox K-Pop to use, reproduce, edit, exhibit, project, display, copyright, and publish these images and recordings in any and all forms and media including, without limitation, on Knox K-Pop’s website, social media platforms, promotional materials, advertisements, and any other marketing or educational materials.

You understand that these images and recordings may be used for a variety of purposes and may appear in printed publications, online publications, and broadcast media, without compensation to you.

You acknowledge that Knox K-Pop retains the right to use any photos, recordings, or any other media, even if you discontinue your association with Knox K-Pop.

By choosing “Yes”, you acknowledge and understand the terms of this agreement and release Knox K-Pop from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, suits, costs, expenses, liabilities, and damages whatsoever that you may have against Knox K-Pop in connection with the aforementioned use of photographs and/or video recordings.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.
