Everyone arriving does the same thing, whether you booked weeks ago or decided to come tonight. The page sorts out which you are.
It’s on the screen at the check-in table. Your camera opens it in your browser — there is nothing to download. If your camera won’t focus, ask us and we’ll text you the same link.
Signed in to the Knox Kpop app? It already knows you, and there is one button to press. No app? Type the email or phone you booked with. Nothing booked at all? There’s a short form — walk-ins are always welcome.
Already paid online? One tap and you’re done. Otherwise the screen shows what’s due today and how to settle it: cash, card (tap to pay on our reader), or Venmo / PayPal from your own phone.
Your screen turns green when the money is settled, or amber when you’ve just handed it over. Hold it up as you walk past — that glance is the whole check, and then you’re in the room.
Dead battery, no phone, a kid who left it in the car — the screen on our table takes a name instead. Yours, or the grown-up’s who booked for you. Either one finds your spot, and then it’s the same Cash or Card tap as everyone else.
The screen clears itself before the next person walks up, so your name is never left sitting there.
The old sign-in sheet was slow, and — more to the point — it was never a reliable answer to “who is actually in this building right now?” Now it is.
Every arrival lands on one live roster on the teacher’s phone. If we ever have to clear the building, that list is accurate and it’s already in her hand — not on a table by the door.
A child can check in under their own name or the name of the parent who booked — and either way the booking stays linked to that adult, so we always know who a young dancer came with.
A paper sheet showed your name, phone and email to everyone else in the queue. Now what you type goes straight into your own check-in and nobody else sees it.

You don’t have to. Scan the code, fill in the short form, pay, and you’re in. Booking ahead on the Classes page just saves you doing it at the door.
