By signing below, I, as an authorized representative of the Sponsor, agree to the following terms:
Sponsorship Agreement: Sponsor agrees to provide sponsorship support as outlined in the agreed sponsorship package.
Use of Branding: Knox Pop Con is permitted to use Sponsor’s logo and branding in event-related marketing and promotional materials.
Event Participation: Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to adhere to all event guidelines and deadlines provided by Knox Pop Con.
Liability Waiver: Knox Pop Con is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the sponsor during the event.
Payment & Cancellation: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. Payment is due in full by 3/31/25, otherwise amount due will be subject to Early Bird Discount loss.
